Terms & Conditions

Courses please note the following

• Booking fees for all courses are Non-Refundable, but can be transferred to another date/course with agrrement by the college
• Your course is not reserved until we have received you booking fee
• Course manuals will be sent out 14 days prior to the course starting
• Final Payment must be received 14 days prior to the course starting unless prior arrangements have been made with the college
• If for what ever reason you need to cancel the course your fee is non refundable, as you will have received all manuals, we will at the descretion of the college transfer you onto another course date that is suitable to you and the college
• All manuals and student application forms need to be printed off and brought with you to the course
• All courses require you to be at the course venue for 9.30am
• All courses have case studies that in most cases are required by the college within one month of the course finishing (unless an extension has been agreed)
• All case studies are required in both electronic and hard copy versions

As with all complimentary and alternative therapies, none of the courses, therapies and treatments listed on our website or in our course manuals are meant to be a replacement for proper medical diagnosis, treatment or specialist care from your Medical Practitioner / GP / Consultant.

 The Therapy Rooms have and always will work within the parameters of the complementary profession and as such, never diagnose client’s conditions, or prescribed medication, nor will we ever interfer with a Doctor’s treatment. As a fully accredited therapist I have adhered to that same policy and worked within that framework and that same policy applies to The Therapy Rooms and its staff.

If  you are currently in receipt of medical care and prescribed medication by your GP / Medical Practitioner / Consultant, please do not stop taking your medication without seeking the advice from your Doctor(s).

If you have any concerns regarding your professional medical care, or your medical condition, the Therapy Rooms advise you most strongly to seek the advice of your GP / Doctor /  Consultant / Nurse Practitioner.

We do not accept any responsibility if you so decide to self medicate, or treat yourself using any information from our website or training manuals.

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damages caused as a direct or indirect result of the use or misuse of any information contained on this website or through the therapies and attunements offered by myself / our qualified therapists / our qualified teachers.

 Treatments are only given to clients who are aged 18 years and over. If a minor seeks our professional advice, then a parent or guardian will be present during the treatment or consultation process. 

As there may be more than one therapist offering a particular therapy, and therapists have different training backgrounds and philosophies, the 
Therapies pages give general editorial information only. 

 No claims are made by The Therapy Rooms concerning clinical success or scientific research/studies for any therapy mentioned. Please make any enquiries relating to this, or an individual therapist's background or experience in supporting clients with particular conditions, directly to a
therapist at the initial contact, prior to making a booking.

Conditions treated mentioned on the pages refer to previously diagnosed conditions, and complementary therapies referred to are not intended to  replace medical guidance from your doctor or other medically qualified health care professional who should always be contacted for advice if you have any health concerns.
